Look I know that this may jade a couple of people but I really need to speak out.
In regards to Ken Penders and his recent tweets, in regards to him saying that he was suggesting Sally losing her virginity to Geoffrey. I don't think he deserves to be labelled the p word. But YOU DON"T PUT THAT STUFF IN COMICS for kids. Of course there have been some dark themes, but having sex in it would raise an awful lot of questions. And as for Ken trying to say that Sonic should be in a relationship, why does it matter? I can tell you when I was young, I preferred adventure and am in no interest in anything relating to relationships except for the light romance It's none of his business.
In regards to Vic I don't know the actual situation, now bear with me, I can see both sides, I am still gonna be on the fence until the facts have been heard and most likely when the court case has been finished. I really do believe both sides have been toxic and there have been harassment from both sides, Look I understand you want to make sure Vic gets a fair trail understandable, but I don't condone the harassment of the VAs. While I encourage people to leave Vic's mother alone after all she is defending her son and regardless of innocent or guilty I can't blame her for doing what a mother should. At the same time, I can't be too hard on some of the VAs defending Monica
And now, now there are people spreading the word about Ian Flynn. I have seen and heard of scenarios like this. How can I feel angry when just about everybody harasses Ian non-stop. Its been constant including trivial stuff. It's funny how patience and logic goes out the window when it involves a writer. At least I was in the constant position on being on the fence to Vic, picking neither side, because I knew it would become a battlefield. Yeah I know that what Ian did wasn't his proudest moment and wrong (I have done stupid things have been not proud of) and he even admitted that what he did was over the top. And even if How can I even feel outraged with Ian when his detractors are no better- e.g. some of them can't control their tempers and try to sweep that under the rug. And some trying to accuse Ian off ripping off the cover for Godzilla, seriously can you all rally blame me for having fatigue from all those accusations?

Okay, i have seen some claims from some people regarding how Ian Flynn hates the Freedom Fighters and have been trying to offing them in the reboot saga. Whilst i don't know about Flynn's feelings of the freedom fighters have i have seen people spinning out of proportion.

Now Sally, she was the central part of the story arc of the reestablishment of Dr. Eggman and his deadly Death Egg mark 2. She was roboticised as a sacrifice to spare the Mobin citizens from being roboticised by the Death Egg's inbuilt roboticiser. Eggman would then modify her body with added inbuilt weapons. and a bit of a new appearance. Sonic created the Team Fighters to track down and stop Eggman as well as rescue "Sally Acorn". The threat of Sally being lost served as a cliff hanger and fingernail biting. Although in the pre-universe, they managed to obtain her, thanks with the help with Silver, the reality thing was already in motion (with before that the lawsuit kerfuffle). Now the only source of whether Sally would have been sucessfully changed back to her organic self would have to be in drafts of notes of the plotline. I'm not sure about what ian was planning, it might have lead to a "Genesis wave", and if it didn't happen regardless of the lawsuit, i don't thinkl that there would be much evidence on what happeed.
#bunnie_rabbot : Naugus accidentally crystalised Bunnie's cybernetic parts, which klead to claims that she was litterally stripped of her value. She later then went to her uncle, who was also a leader of Dr Eggman's cybernised Dark Egg legion and (could be presumed to have joined it, after feeling useless without her cyborg parts.)

Some have been claiming that Flynn purposely made Rotor have a back injury to remove him from the knothole freedom fighters. He appeared on the Acorn City council, so he is still prominenant character, and Nicole gave him a nanite suit so that he can return to the fight, and ditching the role of councillor. Rotor Walrus was also the team leader of the Team Freedom sub-portion of The freedom Fighters.

Antoine is a bit complex, he was gravely injured, due to heroically battling a metal Sonic. He was completely wrapped in bandages. It was said in the lost hedgehog Tales about letting the opinion judge whether Antoine is saved. But i guess it is a mute point. and its clear that there are people who are convinced about the answer.

It had been shown even before the lawsuit that Mina, who did sing a concert to fuel the fear of Nicole, . It was clear that Mina later had a change of heart and both computer and mobian became friends again. Mina even did a concert to help mend the wounds of this overlying fear of Nicole, much to Naugus' chagrim.

ian Flynn and comics gate

Ok, i didn't want to enter the debate regarding comicsgate
First of all, i will concede that the anti-flynn squad weren't as one sided in terms of condemning Ken Pender's behaviour whilst being outraged with Ian about comicsate.
Now, i am going to tread lightly with this subject.
I know that some of the republicans have been at the pointy end of the stick after Trumps election, and i feel sorry for the republicans who wished there was an alternative for candidate. I am not into judging people by their affiliation. If i had a coffee shop and there were these otherwise normal people that i know to be republicans i would still serve them - if they are respectable and respect other people than act respectably to them.
Anyway, back to the issue, i don't blame you comicgaters for being outraged at Ian Flynn and i am not going to try to change that. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that Comicsgate is good or bad, its fair to say that it has a bad outside reputation. Comicsgate has to be careful that it is not hijacked by members those that wish to steer it into extremism, like Vox Day. It was a good call to get rid of him, but i really do believe that it needs to be more regulated, like it could probably have a panel by some of your best peers. If anything, if i could get away with saying something negative about comicsgate is that it is lazy in not trying to improve upon its image. Like i have seen some of what the people in there have said and to tell you the truth some of it can go a little too far. I'm the type of person that likes South park and even if the show does something cringe-worthy or tastlesss i still would watch it. Make no mistake, I would never condone the action of that antigater emailing his anus to someone he doesn't like even when the founder of comicsgate displayed a drawing about suicide
Ironically, while i wouldn't tar every member with the same brush, this is exactly the same logic that i feel that the reaction to ian Flynn has been more overblown. Some have always seem to hate Ian even before the IDW comics and that the reason why some joined comics gate is because they know that they can't get rid of Ian Flynn by themselves so they try to push people into conflict with Ian. In case you haven't noticed TUG, one of the people you interviewed has always been hurling abuse to Ian via twitter
and has been making lots of journals about various theories. Did you also know TUG that Ken Penders recently assumed one of your interviewees was attacked by Ken Penders because Ken thought that he voted for Trump and even calling him racist. But the interviewee said that it was okay.
I am not angry or furious at comicsgate at all and as i said before, don't blame them for retaliating, if anything i am blaming the people i consider outside of comics who were trying to infuriating the whole situation. Continuing with the abuse of Ian Flynn will not give you a good image at all and that it will just justify the anti-comic gaters beleifs, just because a group of people within your group are calling for blood just because a group of characters aren't in it. (like having them in there are nice, but the way people have been acting sometimes i wonder whether i shouldn't bother about it)- out of all of the people wishing sally to appear, i still have respect for DTH because he does not act like a bully like Teamrandom and triforcekid.
I know how much you like the characters, but that does not justify being rude and saying you want him banned from sonic comics or regarded as the worst human being, there have been worse things people can do lol

Update: wow, there are people certainly losing their cool over not having the freedom fighters. Seriously, as if having four characters from one television show would make a difference to becoming a hit and miss, with that argument does that mean that Sonic X and underground failed because they don't have the freedom fighters. What on earth is wrong with them? and WOW, what's Zealous' problem?
P.S. If you REALLY want the Freedom Fighters back, why don't you stop harassing just one man and ask Sega for a third season for SATAM or a reboot of the series.

Ok, i'm going to go back to being the mildly grumpy person, but seriously...
I'm sorry, I know this may be sound controversial, bit out of line and know this may lean to being Flynn defending, but I'll try to put this in a neutral way,
I'm definitely not an expert at all with comics gate (i'm definitely don't want to get into Gamergate)- like if i'm getting this right its to make comic book makers be honest and calling out any bizarre behavior (to be honest i am not sure if it does covers political bias as well) etc., but sometimes it can be unfortunately sway to a bad direction if not careful, and would unfortunately make an impact on the overall reputation, and i personally feel that is now. I personally think that's the only time that he said something controversial, but i've heard worse from Tracy Yardley still. I wouldn't have thought it was a pleasant experience in regards to that interview with that Umbrella Guy. Plus I wouldn't wish on anyone the experience of being harassed that gets now that he can't use the block button for fear (and getting hollered to block that person when they were the ones made sure that he couldn't)
I've said my piece now. I just want to say that it's not because i like Ian, it's just concerns the reputation of a movement that really needs to be seen as a more positive force than a negative one.
P.S. It's tweets from these people that try to bring the group down that ironically are trying to help.
